Wood Butter

$5.00

Wooden kitchen gear getting dry? Stay on top of it with wood butter! Keeping up with the maintenance of wooden utensils and boards can prolong their life by many years. Using and washing wood dries it out, which can lead to cracking and holding onto food particles. Keeping it oiled avoids all that!

Made of a 3:1 mix of food-grade mineral oil and beeswax.

Comes in a 2-oz. tin, enough for 4 or 5 treatments of one of my mini cutting boards.

Directions: Using a clean, dry, lint-free cloth, rub a healthy coat onto the entire surface. Allow it to soak in for at least 20 minutes (preferably longer), then wipe off the excess.
